Changing The World
I  this piece Changing the World is telling you what I would do to change the world if I had the chance to talk to the founding fathers.

It’s 9:09 9/11/2001. It seems like any ordinary day. People are out for their morning jogs and some kids are at school. But the people that are at the twin towers and are doing their ordinary jobs are the ones that would be affected. As the plane crashes into the north tower this moment could have been prevented if we did something different in the past. Who knows what the world would be like if there was no 9/11 or anything like that. This world could be peace free if we did something different in the past. So here is some things that if I had the opportunity to go back in time to talk to the founding fathers I would tell them to do.

If I had the chance to talk to the founding fathers I would tell them to stop wars before they started. Wars are just driving this world apart by killing people. If they are having a disagreement the first option is never to go to war. Another thing that I would try to change is that there is not as much crime like shootings, robberies, car crashes, ect. We should have more people to focus on each one of those not just cops. Think how many lives we could of saved. I would also focus on more green products like electronic cars and less polluted ideas.

How I would stop 9/11 would be to not be allies but just be nice to the middle eastern people and keep an eye on them at all times. We could of saved thousands of lives that day if it didn’t happen. The world could be war free if we all just communicated with each other about the disagreements.  That is what I would tell the founding fathers if I had the chance to talk to them.

Hawaii/ Personal Narrative

As we are driving back from a cool sight called the "blowhole" which is pretty much a hole in the ground and a underwater cave underneath it which shoots water up after a wave comes in, we had to drive through the windy roads of the Hawaiian mountains where we see these two little dogs running up the steep, twisty mountain roads. We pulled over because it was the time of the day where there was a lot of traffic from the tourists because we were in a big surfing area. Luckily the dogs came running towards us and they were the two nicest dogs ever. We were happy that we saved them from the oncoming cars but now we needed to find there owner or wear they came from. This was just the start of the crazy day in Hawaii.

I woke up exhausted from the day before because I went 24 hours without sleeping because of a fishing trip which went from 10 P.M. that night to noon the next day. We ended up with about 30 fish. 24 of them were blue fin tuna and the other 6 were Mahi-Mahi. Now back to the dogs. One of the dogs had a collar on him but all it had on it was 6 numbers. We called the animal hospital and asked them if they knew anything about the numbers and sure enough it was the dogs numbers to show it had its rabies shots. Because of that number they got the owners address and phone number on the dogs information. We called the owner and we found out she was looking for the dogs. So we brought them back to the rightful owner and was very thankful for looking out for them.

In the end the dogs were safe and sound back where they belong at their owners house. When we got back into town and were driving on the main road I felt something wet hit my head. I looked up and it was clear blue skies.I looked in the reflection of my phone and saw this white and black stuff. At that moment I realized it was bird poop. After doing that nice thing for the dogs you would think something good could happen. But I guess me and that bird just have something against each other.

Cause and Effect

The cause in the book Fallen Angles Perry, a solder that just got drafted into the army and just got shipped of to Vietnam to fight in the war but has no training for the army because he has a bad knee. He was going to tell the General about his lack of his training and his bad knee but his friend from home was going to be in his squad so he thought he would see what it would be like with his friend now in his squad.

The effect in the story is that they went out on a patrol and everything was normal but on the way back his friend from home got killed by a land mine. So now instead of going to tell the general about his health and lack of training he was going to fight for is friend. In the end he fought the war while fighting for his friend and changed the way he saw the war.

Conflict and resolution

The conflict in the book the outsiders is that Johnny and his friend Ponyboy killed someone in another gang and now they are running away to a abandon church. Once there fellow gang member gets there to give them a ride back when all of the stuff got cleared up they realized that they had accidently started a fire in the church where 5 little children were.

The resolution was that they went is and saved all of the little kids but when they did Johnny got stuck in there because a beam fell on him. Pony boy went back in there and saved him. Later on in the book they realized that Johnny had a broken back and ended up dyeing. the resolution was that Johnny and Pony Boy saved the kids but sadly Johnny died in the process.
